3 Rays Minor Leaguers Suspended For Meth: Ryan Brett, Charles Cononie, Justin Woodall Out 50 Games Aug 24th 2012, 03:32 NEW YORK (AP) — Three minor leaguers in the Tampa Bay Rays' organization have been suspended 50 games each after positive drug tests. The commissioner's office announced the penalties Thursday. Second baseman Ryan Brett, pitcher Charles Cononie and pitcher Justin Woodall tested positive for methamphetamine and an amphetamine.
