Tropical Storm Isaac 2012 Photos: Submit Your Pictures From The Storm Aug 28th 2012, 00:54 A Gulf Coast region already saturated by heavy rains this summer is gearing up for even more wild weather as Tropical Storm Isaac nears the Louisiana coastline. Isaac is forecast to become a hurricane soon, according to the National Hurricane Center, as of 7pm CDT on Monday. CBS reported Monday afternoon that Tropical Storm Isaac's top sustained winds had reached 70 mph, up from about 65 mph the evening before.
