"Homeland" star Morgan Saylor, who plays angsty teen Dana Brody on the Showtime hit, is learning a lot from her more experienced co-stars, including Emmy-winner Claire Danes.
In an interview with Salon.com, Saylor said she watched "My So-Called Life" after starting her job on "Homeland." In fact, Danes' "My So-Called Life" experience was one of the first things the two discussed.
"She came up and she talked about the fact that she was my age while she was doing it," Saylor said. "And we talked about being a teenage actress and missing your real life and living with your mom 24 hours a week and being out of town. It was nice. It was nice to know someone else knew what it was like."
