Burning Man 2012 Attendance Stays Well Within Cap Sep 3rd 2012, 01:37 RENO, Nev. -- A year after being placed on probation for drawing too many people, the Burning Man music and arts festival attracted crowds well within the maximum cap allowed by federal land managers.
