The actor-comedian was hospitalized in January for mild kidney failure and diagnosed with lupus nephritis, followed by another medical visit weeks later due to blood clots in his lungs, forcing the 32-year-old to give up his New York City radio gig to focus more on his health. Now stabilized, Cannon is using his influence to help raise awareness for the disease as he hosts this year's annual New York City Kidney Walk.
